135 plus a ton of chain x 10 sets x 3 reps
I have no clue how the chains weighed, well over 100 pounds, worked on speed and stability

Low Cable Row

Neutral Grip DB military press

meant to only do 60s but I grabbed the wrong ones

Band Pushdown
