The changes involved targeted segments on the internet to focus some attention on company websites. We improved business this year over last year at about 200,000 (gross), and based from this I was handed an offer of 20,000 to be paid on a home (which I may rent out), if sales increased the first 6 months of this year. Needless to say, I am brain storming some improvements/additions to the program to meet the goal the owner of the business has set.
I am looking forward to working with and motivating my employees (through their own incentives) and meet this goal this year.
