Sunday Short Conditioning workout mostly

Tire Flips
10 sets x 3 reps
Felt very strong on these, and really pushed for speed and short rest

Pull Ups
BW x 3 x 10

Reverse Curls
65x3 x 12

Just wanted to get some blood flowing and enjoy the nice weather we are having. Deload this week, it will be a good 5 day deload, plenty.
