So My deload day turned into a Max Effort Day!!!
So today was the first time I have trained with my group for a while. With the holidays it has just been crazy. I was supposed to deload today, but I thought I would end the year right, and I did!!!
(the box felt a little high, but I am happy b/c that means my squat depth has been good!)
Added reverse minis doubled
This is the most weight I have ever had on my back and it felt light, this rep went smooth but it was pretty slow. So I cut it off there, very happy with this number!!
Sumo Deadlifts off 6 mats
*these are a huge weakness for me, the bar starts at an awkward level so it is all hips and low back
Crushed another huge number here! This is after doing a max rep set of deads earlier in the week!!!!!

Very happy with today, this is the best I have felt in a long time. Squats felt solid, 415x1 off the box is close to a PR too and it flew up!! I am a happy boy right now and I am gonna crush food!
