Felt good today, just wanted to get some blood flowing. Tomorrow starts my "deload" i will still go pretty hard just doing different stuff. Tomorrow will be speed squats and whatever else I feel like doing. Possible strongman on sunday, I think it is supposed to be kinda warm here
