Solid workout today, nothing too crazy.
155x11 Probably a PR for reps
These felt solid, triceps were still a little sore, but got a good amount of reps.
Reverse Grip Bench starting from bottom
Wow, did a lot of volume on these, but I was very satisfied with how they went.
80s x 15
110s x 2 x 15
110s x 2 x12
Really pushed for higher reps on these and got a crazy pump!
Neutral Grip Pull Overs
90x 2 x 8
115 x 2 x 6, these were tough
Banded Tricep Extension
Average band x 3 x 20
Good squeeze, triceps were spent!!
Overall good workout, I think tomorrow I will do some bodyweight stuff just to get the blood flowing. My lower back is still crazy sore from deadlifts. Should be better tomorrow, saturday starts my deload, lots of speed work!
