Tuesday Deadlifts!!
I felt good today, really no soreness at all. a little tightness in the hips, but not enough to stop me!!

These felt awesome! I probably had one more in the tank , but my low back was on fire. The last two reps I completely reset on the floor. I was told my form looked great throughout the entire set!

GMs in squat position, w/ butt on the wall
30 pound chain on neck x 3 x 20

Banded Hammy Curls

It was tough for me to do anything after deadlifts. So I took it pretty easy and just did whatever I felt like doing. Pretty quick workout, but I am gonna be sore.

Thursday will be military press, tomorrow not sure what I will be doing.
