## Feels OK, I'm still getting this weird soreness/strain in my right arm. But everything else is OK.

Wednesday, December 21, 2011 - Anytime Fitness Towson, MD.

This Anytime Fitness was lacking a few things:
Squat/Power Rack
Barbells
and
10lbs Plates..

So I had to make the best of it and this is how "FULLBODY B"workout flowed:

45 degree Leg Press
360 x 10
360 x 10
360 x 10

Seated Precor Row Machine
150 x10
150 x10
150 x10

DB Shoulder Press
50 x10
50 x 10
50 x 10

Cable Cross
40 x 10
50 x 10
50 x 10

Barbell Curls (No Barbells, but they had a Olympic sized EZ Curl Bar, so used that)
65 x 10
65 x 10
65 x 10

Tricep Dips (No dip station either, so did these on the Precor Shoulder Press) LOL
BW X10
BW x10
BW x 10

Smith machine Calf Raises
225 x 15
225 x 15
225 x 15

Cable Crunch
100 x 15
100 x 15
100 x 15
