Thanks steve, I am excited for the cycles of 5s and 3s. I am going to wait and see what kind of results I get from juggernaut. But I think I am going to continue the cycle scheme but only use sets of 5s and 3s, so just doing 8 wee cycles instead of 16.
I just think there are too many variables in a 16 week schedule.
