Monday Not the best session, but I did what I had to do!
I felt pretty awful going into my workout, I am just really tired. I was up late last night and had to work today. I did not get much sleep and work was crazy today. I did not eat enough or drink enough water through the day. But I am going to pig out now!

Bench Press

Form got ugly on the last rep but I was able to drive through it. Tough set overall, weight felt heavy from the start and my back and legs were tight from squatting yesterday.

Flat DB Bench

Last set was a real struggle

Pendlay Rows

Kept these explosive, my energy was just gone after these.

Banded tricep extension

Pull A Parts

That is it, I called it a day. Just not feeling to great. Not sure if I will deadlift tomorrow, or Wednesday, just gonna see how I feel. If my energy is good, I will do it tomorrow. If not it can wait until Wednesday.
