Thanks guys, I can deal with a hangover on lifts like bench or ohp but when it comes to squats or deads, it is just not gonna work. Usually my joints hurt after a night of drinking.

Usually from doing stupid shit, like walking home from the bar and tackling my friends and standing all night. But you only live once, just gotta make up for it later.
