What will be your resolutions for 2012?
Since 2002, when we decided to lose weight and get exercising, we haven't made any resolutions; but the ones we made in 2002, stayed with us even though we've had ups and downs along the way, whether it's because we literally started the resolutions on the 1st Jan 2002, I can't say...but it certainly came as a weird shock when hubby said "Today is the New Year, so it starts today"...doubt there are many, if any, that forego the New Year's food fest on the 1st of the month.

Of course, you could suggest it and watch people's reactions
