My big goal is to plan my meals. I am not one that likes to set vaporous goals. I like to set long and short term goals and be proactive to plan against possible pitfalls.

I want to lose 50 pounds in 2012 and having "go to" meals, side dishes and snacks will help. I like to have a snack option for every possible craving.
