Try looking at your schedule. If you are too tired to train in the evening, consider getting up a little earlier. I have a teacher friend who gets up at 4:30 to train, because once the day starts he has no time. As I have shared with you before, You will do the things you want to do. What you need to determine is when you are going to do them. Want to be alert, maybe a simple change in training time is all that is needed.
