If you're tired, due to the schedule you keep, it may be time to reassess it and work out where changes may be possible (see, I said possible not definite
) and see whether you are getting the best bang for your buck, so to speak, from your current routine and so forth.
There's probably quite a few minor details that you can change in order to give you a small amount of added rest, if not, something has to give, eventually, even if you take stims because the body will catch up with you and you'll crash big time.
