Felt very strong today, the bar was flying up. My upper back was sore but my low back and hips felt great!
I think this was 12 reps, it might have been more. I also reset on most of the reps.

Good volume on these, been a while since I have done heavy shrugs, I enjoyed them.

I felt awesome, but I got tired very fast. I am very happy with how strong I felt today. I think I am slowly gaining weight and it is helping my lifts tremendously. Next week is my max week, should be good.
