Monday Bench Press
Felt pretty strong on bench today, the weights got a lot heavier from one cycle to the next but so far so good. My lats are killing me. Pendlay rows are my new favorite exercise!
It was tough for me to get tight on the bench today, I do not think I warmed up my low back and legs enough. But I got it done.
Neutral DB Incline Press
70s x 10
85s x 3x 5
90sx 2 x 5
These felt good, hit the triceps hard.
Lat Pulldown close neutral grip
55s x 4x 8
Great workout, kept the pace going nicely. I work back and forth between all of my assistance, not really a superset but just back and forth. It makes me cut down my rest periods without noticing.
Feeling strong, I think I am going to deadlift tomorrow, so I can squat again on Wednesday in my basement. Bottom position squats!
