My main goal is to get my torn gluteus medius fixed up as fast as possible to be able to lift heavy again, and i will let this take its time and do bb-type stuff and rehab meanwhile to add some size and flexibility.

When this is done, my goals for 2012 is

Squat - 200kg
Deadlift - 280kg
Benchpress -150kg
Strict Press -110kg
Powerclean - 140kg
