Great! Positive feedback What are your thoughts on his diet plans toward the end of the book? I'm asking because I'm learning about nutrition & I need to re-evaluate my own diet.

He quotes a conversation he had with Reg Park regarding protein. Reg went on to say that he would eat "good quality protein" such as fish & eggs. When Franco went on to ask him about meat, Reg apparently replied, "it's good, but not as good as fish."

What are peoples thoughts on this? Is fish a better quality protein than meat?
