The Bodybuilder's Nutrition Book by Dr. Franco Columbu
Has anyone read this book? If so, what are your thoughts on it? I have started to read it & enjoyed it up until where Franco starts discussing all the complicated stuff! lol. No seriously, I'll continue to read until the end, but I'll need to take my time to read & fully understand what the guy is saying. Maybe a pen & notepad to jot down notes will be a good idea also.
For those who have read the book, what are your thoughts on the sample diets towards the end of the book?
