I eat all the time during the day but never a whole lot. Is this ok to do. For example, I may have a piece of fruit when I get up, then later have some oatmeal, then a small lunch, and later maybe finish my lunch if I was unable to eat it all. what's your goal? are you trying to gain weight? lose weight? from what you have listed you a miles and miles away of even being close to overeating. how old are you again?
