You may not see results/obvious changes fast enough
but that doesn't mean changes are not occurring; many quit because of this alone and then they get nothing at all, no progress, no strength gains, no hypertrophy, no weightloss...and all because it wasn't happening fast enough, so now they have nothing happening at all.
Quitting, is a poor choice, in the long run, and one that people very often regret in hindsight.
