Good PR man, is there a reason that your wrist flexibility is so bad?

I have pretty bad flexibility but I just kind of fight through the pain, it does not feel good or comfortable but I just fight through it. Make sure you are doing everything correct, I think you should be able to do the bear. Holding the bar olympic style is painful.
