hey gents!

my grandfatther's 90th bday yesterday so i had a very strict 35 mins to train yesterday morning! i cut back to 2 sets of each exercise and was down to 30 sec rest's.

Squat
10 x 60 kg

Incline DB Bench
10 x 25 kg
10 x 25 kg

close grip chins
10 reps
10 reps

ABS

upright rows (lightish)
10 x 25 kg
10 x 25 kg

seated DB curls
10 x 12.25 kg
9 x 12.5 kg

pleased that my endurance is picking up again!

and a call out to any American NBA fans, can y'all please give Stern the heads up to stop trying to regulate the best sport on the planet. Because if he keeps this up he'll catch a beat.
