09/12/11 - Squats 3x5

Hanging Leg Raises
12,12,12,12,12

Squats are starting to feel strong and form/foot placement is a lot more constant. Grip went a bit wider today rather than using a closer grip to force back tightness, felt a lot better and I found a good bar placement with no shoulder strain/pain. Was happy to get twelves across for leg raises and they eased an uncomfortable back pump.

Weekend of rest and back to PR's next week, I intend in to push my deadlift, squat and maybe bench to a true 1RM but we'll see how it goes.
