That's the big one! People don't even know the difference between types of foods, they just eat what they want to eat. If given the choice with no information to help guide them, people will almost always choose processed carbs. Little debies, doritos, and all the other things I can't think of because I just don't eat any of that junk. The kids I work with would be perfectly happy to eat only processed carbs all the time, and nothing else.

I've seen kids get a school lunch and also buy 3 bags of doritos, then eat the chips and throw away the meal.
