Clarify this for me. Those were not 45's or 20kg plates correct? No way some of those folks were pressing 405, let alone getting it off the floor. I am still learning olympic lifts, but I don't recall ever reading or watching clean the bar to the waist, change grip and then pull it the rest of the way to the shoulders. This video just totally blew my mind.
