Legs--

5 min warm up on stationary bike
standing leg curls-- 65x15x4 sets-- these were pretty killer, was sweating like a beast after first set
SLDL-- 225x8x4 sets-- felt like i was in the freaking shower
leg ext-- 155x20x5 sets--
leg press-- 480x20x3 sets
squats-- 225x6 warm up/ 425x6/ 425x6/ 405x8-- was nice to push through these,i can really tell im getting stronger-- had a nice little puddle of water going on

Diet
was jacked today, had a company party at my wifes work last night so i didnt cook...

2 servings of slin sane today- 1@0730 and the other 15min prior to prework out meal @ 1515 (3:15pm)
couldnt tell if my legs where pumped, but i was sweating my ass off!!!!
