Tuesday Deadlifts!!
So I was a little off last week saying I had to hit 305 this week, it was actually 325 but it does not matter!

Sumo Deadlifts
135x2x5
225x5
265x3
305x1
325x 20 PR!!!!!!
Had a couple left in the tank, but I really see no purpose going over 20 reps.

Cambered Bar Squats
155x5
240x5 sets x 3 reps
Really worn out after the big set

GHRs
mini band x 3 x 12
BW x 15

DB shrugs
3 x 20

That is it, cut down on the assistance a little. I know these deadlifts are going to kill me. Planning on doing military press on thursday. Looking to hit more good numbers!
