The list would be huge, but try to stay away from highly processed stuff as a general rule. Here is a good list of cheap bulking foods:
- Ground Beef
- Natural Peanut Butter
Memorize this list. There are a couple things I'll add in the meat department.
-Bone in Pork Steaks
The bones from poultry can be boiled down later to make a very rich and tasty stock for soups.
