Monday Big Week!
This is my week to hit as many reps as possible and it started out great!

Bench Press
135x5
160x5
190x3
225x1
240x15, Hell Yea!!
The last rep took a long time to get up there but I am very happy with this number!! Hopefully this keeps going!

Neutral Grip Pulldown to chin
180 x 8
225x8
250x3x6

Incline DB Press
70sx 8
90sx 8
100s x 3 x 6
Felt very strong on these too!!

Neutral Grip Pullovers standing

Swiss Bar close grip floor press

Triceps were just beat!

Called it a day. Energy was pretty low today, I think I took a little too much Jack3d which just makes me not feel very good.

Schedule may be a little messed up this week. Not quite sure yet, I might do deads tomorrow depending on how I am feeling. But this saturday I am going hunting so I am trying to plan when I will squat. It will either be friday or sunday. Not sure yet, but if I deadlift tomorrow that will leave me two options for squatting. time to crush some weights this week!
