This is my week to hit as many reps as possible and it started out great!

Triceps were just beat!
Called it a day. Energy was pretty low today, I think I took a little too much Jack3d which just makes me not feel very good.
Schedule may be a little messed up this week. Not quite sure yet, I might do deads tomorrow depending on how I am feeling. But this saturday I am going hunting so I am trying to plan when I will squat. It will either be friday or sunday. Not sure yet, but if I deadlift tomorrow that will leave me two options for squatting. time to crush some weights this week!
