Saturday Awesome Workout!
We had a good group of guys at the gym and it was a lot of fun training with everybody.

These felt good, I have been able to work on a lot of form issues with the higher volume.
Sumo Deads off 3 mats, extra wide stance
Everybody was doing speed reps, so I just hopped in with them. No belt here, felt pretty explosive.
Suspended GMs with Cambered Bar
Wow, these are super difficult. These killed my entire body

Hit some curls and some other random stuff too. Very sore today, gonna do some conditioning and some yard work before the Eagles game.
This will be my big week for Juggernaut. My plan is to also cut back on assistance this week so I can make sure I hit big reps. Next week I will deload the main lifts and hit assistance hard.
