deadlifts is where i really need to do this. actually i think the singles will help me be able to focus on for.
Squats pretty good form, although very wide which i was going to ask about after i make a thread for it.
bench form is good, no bounce or feet movement or anything else like that
(not saying any are perfect at all)
i hope it will work well for me, it may not be the best decision, it just looks fun and crazy
