Haven't used almond flour before so difficult to comment on brands, plus being in the UK, they'd probably be different. I was wondering though, how that would work out, it's going to taste really marzipanny (is that even a word?) I'd think...unless the addition of sugar is needed for that to occur.
It'll be interesting to see what you think of it.
