Wednesday Awesome Deadlift Workout!!
Went pretty crazy in the gym tonight, really hit it hard!
Had plenty left in the tank here, next week I am going to look to hit 305 for around 20!
Safety Bar Box Squats
Awesome! Never gone this heavy on the yoke bar before but if felt great. I was shooting for 3 on the last set and hit a 4th, probably had a 5th in me but no spotter so I played it safe.

Neutral Grip Pullovers
Kept these light just to get some blood flow in the back.

Really focused on getting a full range of motion and trying to get some rehab on my back. It still bothers me from time to time.
Overall just an awesome workout, tomorrow I will do OHP and some good assistance work, then saturday I am looking to crush some squats. May be checking out some used equipment this weekend also.
