Overall workout grade: B-
I went hard, but overall this workout really didn't have any spectacular moments. I bumped my squats up 10lbs from my last workout, but I just didn't have that last rep in the gas tank. I will admit that this let me down.
Bench press, nothing spectacular. Added 1 rep on my second set. Lost 1 rep on my 3rd.
Db rows were probably the highlight of this workout. Hit the 90's for 3x8. That might just be a db row PR, i'm not sure. Felt good either way.
I've realized that as far as my bench is concerned I'm going to have to make small jumps in order to progress. I think any thing bigger than 2.5lbs would be too much.
