Monday Juggernaut Week 2, Wow!
I think I may have done a little too much strongman yesterday, but I was able to fight through and hit the weights I needed to. This program is just brutal, I love it!

Bench Press
135x10
175x5
200x5
215x2x 10
215x11
These were crazy! Next week I have to hit 240 x 10

Neutral Grip Pulldowns to chin
180x8
225x8
270x3x6
180x10 pull to chest

Incline DB Press
80s x 8
90s x 4 x 6
Wanted to go heavier on the assistance here

Wide Tricep Pushdown
45x15
70x3x 12
90x 2 x 8
Last set was brutal and burning

Hit a couple sets of hammer curls and a little bit of a shoulder circuit. Shoulders were feeling a little beat up from heavy log and tire. Tomorrow I will probably do some quick conditioning and Wednesday will be deads.

This sunday I am probably going to just take it easy, maybe just do some light conditioning so I can be ready for the all out sets next week. Sets of 10 are brutal!!
