Sunday Strongman Conditioning

Tire Flips
Couple warm ups and some dynamic warm ups
6 sets x 5 flips
These were done for speed, I was trying to get each set done as fast as possible. This got pretty intense!

Log Clean and Press

215x miss, should not have missed this, so I just moved on
230x 1, HUGE PR!!
This felt great, went up pretty fast the clean was easy and the press was solid. More PRs to come in the coming weeks. Awesome!

I was really pumped up after this lift, but I hit everything I wanted. So I grabbed the lawn mower and started to clean up the leaves. I was running around like a mad man but got all my yard work done in about an hour and I thought is was going to take all afternoon!!

Looking forward to week 2 of Juggernaut, more sets of 10, should be tough as hell!
