Just pick a type of Sling Shot you like, say a 4,5 or what ever day split. And do it. that's pretty much what I did at first. It's def good reading and yes it is long. But all in all good info. The diet to me was kinda hard to read through. I'm on a CKD diet now with amazing results in just under 2 weeks already.

I'm sure Rick could chime in a bit better as well. Any other ?'s let us know.
