A good day; previous best with 57.5kg was strict military for 5 reps. I was going to stop at 5 but felt strong, even at 8 there was still some left in the tank. I can see a painful weekend ahead of me, worth it though, home for the weekend and won't feel guilty about stuffing my face now. Singles next week on the big 3 and no deadlines so it works out perfect.
