I apologize for that previous post as I didn't read the directions carefully. You said we could add more work to this when needed in 4-6 months. But I still wanted to know if it's possible to put deadlift on upper body day. I know my performance is greater when I do that unless you actually set it up that way for a reason other than weight progression. Please let me know soon as I'm doing the lower body workout today(did lower body on monday and upper body on tues).
