Definitely very entertaining stories, some of the humour was brilliant. (Basket case?)
He didn't speak much about heavy/light/medium if at all from what I remember but this was a typical workout:
Press - 3 x 12
Squats - 3 x 12
Bench Press - 3 x 12
Power Clean - 5 x 5
Bent Row - 3 x 12
Something like that to be done heavy 3 times a week.
His more advanced routines were even more work and not less. His cutting routines were 6 days a week for 40 sets a day. He claimed he bulked upto to the mid 200's and got his Squat to 500 doing this.
