Had a flat tyre on my bike when I went to set off so had to run to the gym so I wasn't out late, that was a horrible start to my day. Bench was easy and assistance felt good, Looking forward to the 5/3/1 wave to get back onto singles.

I have also started planning for my next cycle. I have a rough idea of what weights I'll be using for the main and singles providing this cycle goes to plan. But I have to fit it into 3 weeks and after an enjoyable Saturday morning session last week I'm tempted to try the Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday routine. We shall see.
