On Saturday I did some conditioning

Hill Sprints (5 intervals with 45 second rest)
Car pushing (3 reps) - Pushed my car up a hill 3 times

thats two great sessions right there Spartigus.. hope you had a recovery day sunday! badly needed after that deadlifting and conditioning!
