how do you mean leading with my head?
This means that when you deadlift, don't think about pulling the bar off the ground. Think about standing up, leading the lift with the head and not by pulling. Where the head goes, but body follows.

If the head is leading the lift the body will naturally follow, and good form is easier to maintain. If you instead try to pull the bar off the ground and your head/eyes starts to move down, your body will follow, and you will lose leverage.

Where the head goes, so does the body.

Don't pull the bar off the ground. Get set up, and stand up with the bar in your hands, leading the lift with the head. Lock out the deadlift by moving your hips forward.
