Watch your foot position. You want to make sure they are in a good spot under the bar before you sink your hips. It was hard to tell from the video where they are. I would setup with feet about 50% under the bar, grab the bar, then sink hips.

You are starting with your hips up. Once you grab the bar you want to sink them to a good leverage point. The yellow line shows your angle. It is nearly parallel to the ground. This is bad leverage and will place a lot of strain on your back.



You want the angle to look more like this:
