Well I am the oddball that believes power cleans and high pulls function as a good speed work option for powerlifting, but I understand I am a lone man in a corner on this issue...



One thing about "not deadlifting" that I find interesting is the topic of grip. I use straps and was cautioned many times that it might lead to grip issues on the platform. For me it wasn't the case. Jamie's situation is very similar, but I assume he is still doing rows and shrugs with straps?
