Nice workout. One of the beauty things about this routine is you only need two, or at the most three stations/pieces of equipment. I found that when I was doing this I had to wait for the squat rack once in a while, but since that was my first lift, once I got going it was pretty quick. Keep up the good work.
yeah on my b day all my work can be done in the squat rack or with just a barbell, pretty damn nice
