I have come down with a bad case of SSS (Shit Spotter Syndrome). I specifically told the guy not to touch the bar until I said so. I began the set and what does he do? KEEPS HIS HANDS ON THE BAR AND PULLS IT UP FOR ALL REPS!
I just finished the set without knowing how much of the effort was mine. Anyway, I do feel as if my bench has stalled so on Saturday, I will try an 85kgx5x5 for some much needed volume. Indeed, I may use this approach whenever I fail on consecutive weeks as a means of fighting the good fight. The alternative is to cry about life not being fair.
