Notes: At first today felt pretty heavy but by my final set on bench it felt pretty strong. CGBP fetl really light, was very surprised. I really don't know why I did the superset, I just felt like it. Next week will not be doing that, also I am switching to 10 grams of creatine before workout and none after since I think it is affecting my sleep.
